TOPAZ Collect and Return Service gives you the reassurance that your laptop will be collected, delivered safely to our workshop and returned to you after repair. Topaz has selected APC, one of the UK's leading premium high-value express delivery services, as its preferred carrier. Your laptop will be transported overnight to arrive at our workshop the following business day.

Our new secure packing carton has been designed to protect your equipment during transit. However, it is important that the following guidlines are adhered to, otherwise we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

Unless specifically requested by our Help Desk, we only require the faulty laptop. Please do not include any accessories, e.g. AC adapter, manuals, leads etc.
Please have your laptop ready for collection at the designated time and pack your laptop as per the instruction sheet delivered with the packing carton. If you need clarification of the process please call Topaz Help Desk on 0844 800 2835.
Hand the package to the APC driver and obtain a signature on the enclosed receipt label, which you should retain as proof of collection.

Please note that all chargeable work is subject to an inspection charge of £42.00 + VAT if the repair estimate is declined. This also applies to repairs which are booked as warranty, but subsequently identified as chargeable.
