TOPAZ Collect and Return Service gives you the reassurance that your laptop will be collected, delivered safely to our workshop and returned to you after repair. Topaz has selected APC, one of the UK's leading premium high-value express delivery services, as its preferred carrier. Your laptop will be transported overnight to arrive at our workshop the following business day. 

  • Unless specifically requested by our Help Desk, we only require the faulty laptop. Please do not include any accessories, e.g. AC adapter, manuals, leads etc.
  • Please have your laptop ready for collection at the designated time and pack your laptop as per the packaging guidelines found here.
  • The inclusive transit insurance is void if the unit is not packaged correctly.
  • Data Security is important and whilst we can not be liable for data loss, we and our carriers do our utmost to protect your data whilst it is with us or in transit. However, in the rare event (<0.05%) that a laptop does go missing, you need to ensure that your data is protected either by passwords or encryption, or if very sensitive, please consider removing the hard drive before repair.

Please note that all chargeable work is subject to an inspection charge of £42.00 + VAT if the repair estimate is declined. This also applies to repairs which are booked as warranty, but subsequently identified as chargeable.
