All Topaz supplied parts are Authorised Toshiba Replacement parts, unless otherwise stated. There is no fitting charge for memory or hard drive upgrades installed at the same time as a warranty or non-warranty repair. Otherwise, a fitting and/or return carriage charge may be applicable, please contact us for details. Most parts are available from our warehouse or Toshiba stock in the EU. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If the option you require is not in EU stock, please allow up to 10 working days. (you will be contacted, if this is the case)
