Northern Ireland

Repairs

Topaz can effect warranty or chargeable repairs for customers based in Northern Ireland, but the Collect & Return facility is not available. Therefore it is the customers responsibility to package and send the unit to Topaz and there may be a small charge for the delivery following repair.

Parts

Options and Parts are available as though mainland UK.

Republic of Ireland

Topaz can not provide any services to the Republic of Ireland and therefore recommend customers contact the local Service Provider, based in Dublin:
