Welcome

As this is our first news update in quite a while, we would like to welcome new customers and thank our many long-standing customers for their continued support.

Topaz is not only the UK's only exclusively Toshiba laptop service specialist, we have now become Toshiba's preferred spare parts supplier in the UK.

A highlight of the past year has been the launch of our completely redesigned web site and online upgrades and spare parts store. On the new site you will find not only consumer upgrades (memory, hard drives, etc) for every current model in the Toshiba range and, for trade buyers, we now offer the entire Toshiba catalogue of 21,000 spare parts.

Fixed price display replacement

The recession has eaten into business and personal budgets alike, but here at Topaz we are doing our utmost to reduce the cost of maintaining or upgrading your Toshiba laptop, netbook or tablet. How are we doing?

Visitors to our new website will have noticed that we now publish Service Levels on our home page. Whilst it is great to receive customer feedback - and Topaz's overall Customer Service is rated with top marks by the majority of customers who complete our Feedback form - the Service Levels statistics offer an indicator of how well we are doing in terms of our own performance targets.

Trade parts - over 21,000 now available on line

Our latest e-commerce initiative means that we can supply parts to resellers and repairers on line at discounted pricing and 2-3 day availability. Due to the technical knowledge required we only supply parts on line to TRADE clients. However, end-users can still purchase parts, by calling the Topaz Help Desk for advice. We will validate the part required against the laptop serial number and then offer advice or supply the part, subject to acceptance of the terms of supply.
