 a) Repairs - information may be provided to the manufactuer (Toshiba) to validate warranty details. Basic contact (not email) information is also provided for repair history collation and to enable periodic customer surveys to be carried out. (Please contact the Help Desk, if you wish to opt out of this). Only the basic information required is also provided to carriers and payment systems to enable those processes to be completed. Any otherinformation that you provide us with, whether it be business or personal information (such as your name or address), cannot be seen by third parties.

b) Orders - Only information to enable delivery and payment processing.
