Your right to cancel

If you would like to return goods that you purchased from Topaz Support Ltd, please telephone or email our Help Desk within 7 days to get a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Do not return goods without this authorisation.

Any orders placed are subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, except in respect of supply of computer software if you have unsealed their packaging. (This Act does not apply to business to business transactions)

You may exercise this right either by writing, e-mailing, telephoning or using facsimile transmission. In each case you must notify us within seven days from the date of delivery. Once authorised we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) to enable the goods to be returned. They must be recieved within 30 days of issuing the RAN.

Please note that the cost of sending the goods back to us where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not due to product performance or description will be payable by you. P&P charges will not be refunded save for in circumstances where the goods are deemed to have been defective. The address for service of the notice of cancellation is listed below.

Returns Policy
It is always our policy to provide excellent customer service. If you need to return a faulty or incorrect (our error) product, please contact our Help Desk by telephone or email for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please note the following:

  1. We do not accept products for return that have been used for trial or test purposes.
  2. We will collect, at our cost, for a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error.
  3. The product must be received by our returns department and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt, at the address below:

  5. Items will only be accepted with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN can be obtained by telephoning or emailing the Help Desk. This should be done within 5 days of receipt.
  6. This returns policy is separate and additional to your right to cancel.
