This is an enhancement to the normal Toshiba warranty terms and conditions, subject to parts availability. Return carriage (mainland UK only) is included free of charge by TOPAZ. Non-Warranty RepairTOPAZ will effect a prompt repair of your notebook computer at competitive rates, subject to parts availability. We will keep you informed of the repair status at all times. CollectionIf required, TOPAZ can arrange collection from any mainland UK location. Same day collection if requested before 12 noon. There is a nominal fee for this service.
