Topaz does not repair other manufacturers' laptops and this allows us to concentrate on being the very best in our class. Topaz is authorised by Toshiba to carry out both warranty repairs and chargeble repairs and we are one of the very few Toshiba service companies in Europe authorised for component level repair.
This means that Topaz is able to offer the most economical repair service for your Toshiba laptop anywhere in the UK.
We can also upgrade your laptop's memory, hard drive, wireless networking, etc. at no additional labour charge while it is with us for repair.

Normal service hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Outside these hours (or if you would prefer us to call you) please complete the Service Request form and we will call you at a time that's convenient for you.

How much will it cost?
For repairs outside Toshiba's normal warranty period, Topaz offers a fixed price inspection and labour charge of £90 plus parts & VAT, subject to certain conditions:
- Fixed price does not include cost of replacement parts, if any, which are subject to availability. Price of replacment parts will be confirmed, prior to acceptance of the repair.
- Fixed labour charge is based upon one fault per repair. Additional faults may incur an additional labour charge.
- Topaz reserves to right to decline a repair, e.g. in the case of significant physical damage by crushing, water or fire damage, etc.
All parts are genuine Toshiba supplied new or exchange parts and come with the full warranty support of the manufacturer. |
