Trade Terms & Conditions of Sale

Between Topaz Support Limited and the purchaser.

1. Quotation, acceptance and order confirmation

  1. All product prices are subject to change on a daily basis, but in general the prices are reviewed on the 1st of every month.
  2. The on-line price is valid at the time of the order.
  3. The order is deemed to be accepted and binding, when the goods are ready for despatch.
  4. Whilst we will make every effort to supply you with the goods listed on the order confirmation, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply these goods because, either the goods are no longer being manufactured or available or if there was a pricing error on our website. In such circumstances we will contact you to inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order.
  5. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. We therefore advise you to regularly check the terms and conditions of our website. Any changes will apply to any orders that you place after the time that we update the terms and conditions on our website. The changes will not apply to any order that you place before we make the changes on our website.

2. International Users and Choice of Law

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Topaz Support Ltd from its offices within the United Kingdom. Topaz Support Ltd makes no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United Kingdom and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U. K. export laws and regulations. If you access this Site from a location outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws within the United Kingdom, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions

3. Stock Locations

Stock is located in our warehouse at Apsley House or at Toshiba’s European warehouse in Germany. If supplied from Germany, the stock will transfer to the Topaz warehouse and then forwarded to the purchaser

4. Back Orders

If stock is not available from either warehouse, it will either be processed as Back Order or End of Life. In both cases the purchaser will be contacted to confirm if the order is to proceed.

5. Payment

Payment will be either credit/debit card, BACS transfer or credit account if authorised. The title of the goods remains with Topaz Support Ltd, until full payment is received. Card payment is processed as deferred at the point of order and only released when the goods are ready for despatch.

6. Delivery

At its discretion, Topaz Support Ltd will use a suitable delivery method based on the delivery address and the parts shipped. In most cases this will by Royal Mail First Class or a carrier delivery. Any damage must be reported to the Help Desk within 2 days of receipt. All packaging must be retained to provide evidence and if a carrier, should be signed for as damaged or unchecked.

7. Returns

Parts will only be accepted for return if they are faulty or damaged in transit. Before goods are returned a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) MUST be obtained from the Help Desk.

8. Warranty

All parts come with a 90 day return to depot warranty. If faulty, please contact the Help Desk for a returns authorisation.

9. Images

Images of goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual goods.

10. Privacy

The information provided to us, is only used for the processing of your order and is not forwarded to any other company. The data is held on a secure server is used as follows:

  1. Order Processing : Name, address, telephone number and email.
  2. Web Access : Name, login name, email address to enable on-line ordering

NO credit or debit card information is stored on our servers. This information is processed directly by a card merchant, SagePay and Lloyds CardNet.
